Over the past few months, grading crews have made good progress in shaping the outlines of the future Stone Butte East development. Most of the roads, lots, and common areas are graded, leveled and ready for the installation of infrastructure/utilities. A few home sites are graded into the mountain that borders the western edge of the community. These premium mountainside lots will have single family homes on them and are sure to come with excellent views to the east.
